For the the last year, I have been asking guests who frequent my University of Masters' classroom about creating enlightened business practices this very question. What is an enlightened business practice? This should make sense....to have an enlightened business, you need to engage in enlightened business practices.
Most people speak about authentic workplaces where people are "treated right," processes actually make sense and technology is used as an enabler and not a panacea. What does it mean to you?
